Yearbook - 'Great Adventures,' 'Grandes Aventuras'

The yearbook cover contest is back! The theme this year is "Great Adventures / Grandes Aventuras". Students can submit their best creations before APRIL 11. We love seeing our students' entries and where creativity can take them.

"Great Adventures" means to find the fun and good side of what we pursue and do in life and even in our every day.

Ask your kids to think about something they really love, or something they have overcome that makes them very proud, or even some challenges they may have encountered and turned it into a great adventure. It could also be something that they plan on doing in the future, something that motivates them and that will keep the adventure going in their lives.

Encourage them to capture those moments in a drawing and submit the drawing to our yearbook cover contest before APRIL 11.

WO Mitchell School Council

WO Council helps connect parents to the school and provides additional learning opportunities for all students. There are many ways to get involved that do not require you to hold a position on council. If you would like more information about getting connected or volunteer opportunities, please send an email to womparents@gmail.com  The next meeting for School Council and the Parent Society will take place on April 8, 2025 at 7pm.  At this time, we are planning a hybrid meeting (in person and online). The Grade 3 team will be presenting during this meeting.

With gratitude,

Erick Noriega,

Principal
